Refund Policy

Returns & Exchanges: 
We want you to love your Goddess Pollen products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of unopened, unused products within 30 days of your order shipment date.

To initiate a return:
Email us at hello@goddesspollen.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours.

Return Requirements:

• Products must be unopened and unused
• Original packaging required
• Must be initiated within 30 days of shipment date
  

Refund Processing: 
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
